Warranty
15 Years warranty on all our products!

ALL WARRANTY’S MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ANY NOBLE STONE WORKTOPS INSTALLED AT THE PREMIS

Noble Stone warrants to the residential owner/occupants of installed Noble Stone slab surfaces a ten-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner or installer, whichever is earlier. The quartz warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If any manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective Noble Stone slab. Customers are advised to read and understand the maintenance instructions of our stone.

How to obtain our 15-year warranty:

Noble Stone 15-year quartz warranty is available to anyone who has recently had a Noble Stone slab installed in their home or premises by approved fabricators and distributors, and is holding the fitter invoice. As long as you follow our guidelines, your warranty will be valid for ten years after installation. To activate your 15-year warranty, please complete the form found below.

In order for the client to receive a compensation in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the full price of the stone must have already been paid to the company, and a copy of the invoice must be provided.

Note: Discontinued colours are NOT covered by our 15-year warranty.

What this warranty does not cover?

Abnormal use or abuse

Staining, chemical spillages, damage from heat, acid etching, mishandling, scorching, exposure to ultraviolet light or even to bad weather, may damage stone surfaces. This type of damage is not a manufacturing defect, and so will not be covered by our 15 year warranty, in addition to damage such as cracking, chipping and breaking due to improper care.

Temporary marks

Occasionally, stone might develop temporary marks, especially if it is used as a worktop. Temporary marks include, but are not limited to smudges, marks made by metal utensils and fingerprints, and products to which the fabricator has applied a surface finish which has been altered in any way. These temporary marks are very easy to clean off though, as can be seen in our ‘care and maintenance’ section. Temporary marks are not covered by the warranty, as they are not manufacturing defects.

Cracks

Cracks can also be induced by dramatic changes in temperature, such as placing a boiling pot onto the stone worktop, but cracking is not limited to these factors. For this reason, please do not use your hot pans, pots and skillets on the stone to avoid any damage being caused, and if needed, then use a small heat mat for them. Cracking is not covered within our warranty segment.

Variations in colour

Every slab is unique, so no two slabs are the same. Therefore, the warranty does not cover those who claim that the sample looks different to the installed stone. It is the customer’s responsibility to take a good look at the slabs before fabrication.

Outdoor use

Outdoor use of our stones may also damage them, and so it is not covered within our warranty segment.

Wear and Tear

Every product being used will wear out over time, and stone is not an exception. Please stick to the guidance given on our ‘care and maintenance’ section to maintain a lovely stone surface for a long time. Our warranty will not cover scratches, dents and stains that build up slowly due to usage.

FAQ'S

What sizes do the slabs come in?
All of our slabs come in the jumbo size (3.2m X 1.6m). They come in two different thicknesses though – either a more modern looking 20mm (2cm) or a more traditional looking 30mm (3cm). These ten millimetres do really make a difference, so we would recommend going to a showroom to visualise that variation.

Can we see the stone before confirming order?
Of course, you can request samples from us through your fabricator, and you can even come to our yard to see the full slab, which will hopefully assist you in making your final decision.

Are NobleStone Quartz slabs of good quality?
The entire NobleStone range is constructed of grade A slabs only, so that nothing below that level is imported here. Therefore, you will find that our slabs are of top quality, and that is why we are able to offer a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty on any slab of our range!

Is Quartz good to use as a worktop in my kitchen?
Quartz is a man-made material, that is created in order to withstand scratching, battering, hot saucepans, spillages, and much more. Therefore, as long as you wipe down your worktop regularly, and do not expose it to extreme challenges, then you can rest assured that Quartz will be more than capable of handling your daily needs.
